group.one has signed an agreement to acquire Elkdata OÜ, operating under the brand Veebimajutus.ee, a fast-growing Estonian web hosting provider serving entrepreneurs and small businesses. The acquisition strengthens group.one’s position in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market and further builds on its regional growth following the earlier acquisition of Webglobe.
Veebimajutus.ee is the trusted digital launchpad for Estonia’s small and starting businesses combining reliable hosting, beginner-friendly WordPress solutions and AI-powered tools in one platform. With its mission to simplify entrepreneurship, Veebimajutus.ee helps thousands of Estonian businesses every year get online, stay secure, and reach their first customers.

The acquisition marks another step in group.one’s continued expansion in the CEE area.
The transaction is subject to local merger clearance and is expected to close by the end of the calendar year.
