This is a true merger of two minds, namely two company leaders that are entrepreneurial to their core. Florian Schicker, heading easyname, has joined forces with Daniel Hagemeier‘s dogado group. From now on, easyname – the second-biggest Austrian hosting provider – is part of a successful company group with great ambition which operates within the DACH market. Florian Schicker, who will hold onto his co-owner role, will lead the Austrian segment of the business and international expansion.

Daniel Hagemeier and Florian Schicker are both entrepreneurs through and through each of them had started their own business before the age of eighteen, one as software entrepreneur and the other as pioneering web hosting provider. Back then, the two young entrepreneurs did not know each other. Today, having gained 20 years of experience each, these two businessmen have joined forces, uniting their hosting companies under the umbrella of the dogado group. Their objective: to stake their claim and prove themselves within the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), even in the face of huge international competition.
