group.one, through its Finnish entity Zoner Oy, a leading domain and hosting provider in Finland, today announced it has signed an agreement with Int2000 Oy to acquire its Wepardi web hosting and domain name services business.
This acquisition builds on group.one’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in key European markets, recently demonstrated by its acquisition of Telia Finland’s domain and webhosting business in Finland, further strengthening its capabilities to deliver comprehensive digital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the Nordic region.
