With over 25 years of experience in People & Culture leadership, Anja brings a proven track record in driving organisational development, enabling digital transformation, and fostering employee engagement across leading European businesses.
Anja has successfully scaled organisations through both organic growth and M&A, having led people strategies across multiple countries and integration efforts in complex, high-growth environments. Her experience includes executive leadership roles at Conscia Group and KPMG Denmark, as well as board-level engagements and advisory work in the SaaS HR tech space.
