group.one is pleased to announce the appointment of Anja Leschly as Chief People and Culture Officer, effective July 1, 2025. Anja will be based in Copenhagen and join the Group Leadership Team.

This appointment marks a key step in group.one’s commitment to building a strong, people-first culture across its growing international organisation. With over 25 years of experience in People & Culture leadership, Anja brings a proven track record in driving organisational development, enabling digital transformation, and fostering employee engagement across leading European businesses.

Anja has successfully scaled organisations through both organic growth and M&A, having led people strategies across multiple countries and integration efforts in complex, high-growth environments. Her experience includes executive leadership roles at Conscia Group and KPMG Denmark, as well as board-level engagements and advisory work in the SaaS HR tech space.
