Founded in 2009, MiniCRM has established itself as a trusted and cloud-based platform that addresses key SMB needs across lead generation, marketing automation, customer support, and invoicing. With its modular architecture and proven scalability, MiniCRM complements group.one’s product portfolio by adding a core business application that will support SMB customers to digitise their customer relationships.
“This acquisition is a strategic step in accelerating our vision to help SMBs win online” said Daniel Hagemeier, CEO of group.one. “MiniCRM is not only highly adopted in its core markets but also fits naturally into our Website Builder and broader SaaS ecosystem. It addresses fundamental business workflows: turning visitors into leads, leads into customers, and interactions into long-term relationships. This is central to how we create value for our SMB customers”.
The integration will also enable group.one to offer bundled digital solutions tailored to specific customer segments, including resellers and vertical industries. With MiniCRM’s automation capabilities and intuitive design, group.one gains a CRM foundation that will be also integrated in group.one’s Website Builder.
“Joining group.one is an exciting opportunity for MiniCRM,” said Krisztián Egerszegi, Managing directorMiniCRM. “We’ve spent over 15 years building a platform to help entrepreneurs succeed, and now we’re ready to bring that value to a broader audience. With group.one’s backing and reach across Europe, we’re well positioned to scale our impact.”
The acquisition also further strengthens group.one’s position in Europe, complementing its successful SaaS acquisitions of SHORE, GTmetrix and Termly in 2024.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to regulatory approvals in Hungary and Romania.
